♥  THE BIBLE

GOD’S WORD – INSPIRED AND PRESERVED BY GOD HIMSELF.

The Bible is the very Word of God, spoken from His mouth, consisting of 66 Books, 39 in the Old Testament and 27 in the New Testament.  It was given by verbal inspiration of God, that is, God dictated the individual words, every word is to be taken as our plenary (absolute) authority, completely trustworthy.  1 Tim 3:16-17.   The Words are inspired, not the men who wrote them down, who were instruments, vessels used by God’s Holy Spirit.  It is to be understood literally, rightly divided, 2 Tim 2:15, Eph 2:7, 11-13, and as instructed, to be studied  as “the Holy Ghost what teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual”  1 Cor 2:13.  2 Peter 1:21.  The Bible is preserved by God Himself as declared in Psalm 12:6-7, in the multiplicity of accurate copies made by faithful bible believers, God’s people (Ezra 7:6, Rom 3:1,2, 1 Tim 3:15)  through History.  This truth declared in God’s Word, guarantees that today we do possess  the complete infallible Word of God in the Authorised King James Bible (AKJV), the bible for English speaking people.   (Psalm 12:6,7, Isaiah 30:8).  The Authorised King James Bible, IS THE PRESERVED TEXT  based on the Masoretic Text of the Old Testament, and the Received Text of the New Testament.  This is commonly known as the King James Version, and is proper, complete, accurate and authoritative English translation of these texts,  God’s Word, Scripture,  for English speaking people.   The King James Bible is the final authority in faith and life.  This blessed assurance gives the bible believer the confidence that he can trust that he has God’s Word in his hands today, and every word is powerful and true, as will work effectually in those who believe it.  (1 Thess 2:13.)

♥  GOD

The eternal TRINITY.   1 John 5:7.   There is ONE God eternally existing in three persons in the family of God, known as the GODHEAD, being God the Father, the God the Son, (the Lord Jesus Christ, the Word of God, Rev 19:13)  and God the Holy Spirit.  Deut 6:4,  1 Tim 2:5, Eph 4:4-6, 2 Cor 13:14.

♥  THE LORD JESUS CHRIST

The eternal DEITY, virgin birth, vicarious death, and spotless humanity of the Lord Jesus Christ.  Luke 1:35, Phil 2:6-9, Rom 1:3-4.

♥  TOTAL DEPRAVITY OF MAN.

Mankind is born with the sinful nature, inherited from Adam, totally depraved without any means of changing this nature by his own “good” or religious works.  Man is under the judgement of God, unfit for any relationship with a Holy God,   TO BE CONTINUED SHORTLY!  ….
